Anna Stock PositionJunior Lawyer (Coolangatta) ProfileAnna joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a Junior Lawyer in November 2011. Anna obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2009 and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice with The Australian National University in March 2010 whilst working at a law firm in South Australia. Following completion of her studies in 2010 Anna travelled to Dubai where she worked with International firm, Trowers & Hamlins and gained exposure to legal practice at an International level. After returning to Australia in 2011 Anna was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Victoria in November 2011, recognised by the Supreme Court of Queensland. Emma Ludeke PositionFamily Lawyer (Bundall) ProfileEmma joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a Lawyer at the start of 2011. After completing High School on the Gold Coast in 2003, Emma obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Bond University in 2006. Emma completed a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law Queensland in 2007 whilst working at a Property Law Firm in Southport. Emma was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in January 2008. In September 2009 Emma commenced employment at a boutique Specialist Family Law Firm on the Gold Coast. Emma has extensive experience in all aspects of Family Law and communicates openly and clearly with her clients to ensure they understand the process in which they are engaged. Jerome Hey PositionFamily Lawyer (Bundall) ProfileJerome joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a Lawyer in January, 2011. After finishing his secondary school education at The Southport School, Jerome studied at Griffith University where he attained a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Jerome was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2007. Jerome has practised exclusively in Family Law since his admission. Prior to Jerome joining the team at Wiltshire Lawyers he spent 4 years employed at another specialist Family Law practise. Jerome has gained a wealth of experience representing clients in a wide range of property settlement matters, including complex matters involving the division of corporate structures and significant property holdings. Jerome has also successfully represented clients in parenting disputes involving relocation and recovery of children. Jerome is particularly interested in property settlement matters involving rural properties and corporate entities. |

Rebecca Durkin PositionFamily Lawyer (Bundall) ProfileRebecca was admitted as a solicitor in 2006 and has practiced primarily in the area of family law since 2007. Prior to practising in the area of family law, Rebecca gained experience in the areas of property and commercial law - experience which is now able to draw on when advising clients. Rebecca has experience in helping clients protect or deal with their property at the beginning of, during, and at the end of relationships. Her experience includes dealing with complex corporate and trusts issues and business entities. Rebecca also has a depth of experience in assisting client's with parenting arrangements, and is also able to assist with child support matters and issues related to domestic violence. Rebecca is aware of how important a client's trusted advisors can be, and is more than willing to work with accountants, financial planners, counsellors and other key persons to endeavour to reach the best possible outcome for clients. Rebecca joined Wiltshire Lawyers in February 2012 after she had relocated from the Darling Downs area to the Gold Coast. |

Gary Mallett PositionSenior Family Lawyer (Coolangatta) ProfileGary joined Wiltshire Lawyers as a senior family lawyer in August 2011. Gary has 25 years experience practising Family Law. He achieved a Bachelor of Laws degree with honors in 1993 after studying externally through Queensland University of Technology whilst employed as an articled clerk. Gary was also awarded the North Queensland Law Association Bursary for the highest tertiary results for a North Queensland Law Student in his first year of study in 1987. Gary practises in all aspects of family law litigation, including property settlement and parenting matters, child support and department of child safety matters and domestic violence hearings. Gary regularly prepares Binding Financial Agreements and can also assist with wills and estate planning issues on the breakdown of relationships. In 2000 Gary acted in a prominent case which specifically dealt with child safety issues and psychiatric illness. This case was the subject of the Australian Plaintiff Lawyers Association Civil Justice Award and set an important precedent in Queensland dealing with the safety of children and the effects of depression. Gary has developed a vast knowledge and understanding of cases involving parties who suffer depression, stress and anxiety. Gary has dual admission as a solicitor in both Queensland and New South Wales, which is ideal as he is based at our Coolangatta. |

Andrew Wiltshire PositionLegal Practice Director ProfileAndrew has practised exclusively in the area of family and de facto law throughout his legal career. Prior to establishing Wiltshire Lawyers in February 2006, Andrew gained experience in both a boutique Brisbane family law firm and at one of the largest and most exclusive family law practises in Australia. Andrew has gained wide recognition in all areas of family law practise, particularly in complex property settlements, drafting Binding Financial Agreements and parenting disputes. As a result, Andrew has developed a strong client and referrer base throughout Australia. Andrew is regularly invited to present at seminars and training sessions to professional bodies such as accountants, financial planners and other law firms. After completing his secondary education at The Southport School on the Gold Coast, Andrew completed his formal legal qualifications at James Cook University of North Queensland and Queensland University of Technology. |
