For years now our corporate group has been using Ben Siegmann and von Doussas for all of our legal requirements. Ben has incorporated numerous companies and trusts for our business needs, aided in contract work and joint venture negotiations, assisted us when we have had industrial or employment issues with our staff, helped us recover unpaid invoices from our debtors and reviewed our terms of trade. Ben has always been available to us whenever we have needed a lawyer for whatever we have needed. I have referred lots of clients to Ben Siegmann and von Doussas over the years and will continue to do so.

Charles Gillam and his staff at Von Doussas have proved to be diligent and efficient while acting on my behalf. This has included small local matters and one larger matter where they successfully negotiated a settlement with the subsidiary of a major bank who were using a high profile Adelaide law firm.
