Rigoli & Associates

Rigoli & Associates is a law firm located in the heart of Werribee (opposite the Werribee Post Office) which is in close vicinity to the Werribee Magistrates Court and within the Central Business District. Most of our practice deals with Family Law matters. We otherwise cater for all types of Court disputes and accept work funded by Victoria Legal Aid. The firm services clients mainly from the Western and Northern Suburbs of Melbourne, otherwise our clients come from various regions of Victoria. Some clients may live in other States or even in another country, but have property interests or court proceedings in Victoria. In such situations we are able to provide legal services by telephone, facsimile or email without having the client physically attend our office unless or until it is absolutely necessary. Rigoli & Associates is headed by its Principal Lawyer, Maria Rigoli. The firm prides itself on teamwork and its family-like environment. More importantly, the firm is concerned with properly communicating to clients so that they understand where they stand on issues such as costs, expected outcomes, all available options to resolve their legal problem, and time frames.
