Natalie has considerable expertise in urban regeneration and has been involved in a significant number of high-profile development projects, acting for both the public and private sectors. Natalie’s main area of work is in the field of residential property sales and purchases, property development, primarily acting for the private and upper mid-market sectors. Natalie’s role is to co-ordinate all areas of conveyancing and property development from site assembly, development and construction documentation, operating agreements and funding through to advice on tax, planning and licensing aspects: in other words, a seamless service through the whole process from site acquisition to the disposal of the end product. Natalie’s approach to business is to become involved in a project with her clients from the outset, assisting with the negotiation of the commercial terms of a deal and liaising with the full professional team and potential funders on key issues such as feasibility, valuation and project management. Natalie’s style involves a hands-on approach, introducing clients and contacts to each other for mutual benefit, particularly to assist with project funding.

Sofia Lozanova

Sofia started working at Lloyds and Barclay Lawyers as trainee solicitor and had secured a full time position as solicitor following her admission to practice law. She is valuable member of the team and is involved in many different matters for various clients. Her passion is criminal law and she hopes to one day become a barrister.

Before joining Lloyds and Barclay Lawyers as a partner, Dmitry was employed as solicitor in medium size suburban law practice managing substantial number of files and running commercial litigation matters. Dmitry was also representative of several International companies in Australia providing legal support. Dmitry's responsibilities have required the use of strategic and tactical elements including project management of large and complex engagements, improvement in corporate performance, policy development and deployment of effective measures for the protection of corporate assets, outsourcing and restructuring large corporate accounts, contractual protection and legal advice to achieve operational excellence. Dmitry is driving force of this practice, his strengths include the ability to leverage strategic thinking and creativity to achieve customer satisfaction, whether by providing a legal advice or representing the clients through the web of litigation; a clear ability to handle complex and diverse legal matters; the capacity to develop innovative legal solutions through focused problem solving, and the thoughtful application of progressive legal practices.
