Lawyer Takes National Role

Thursday January 8, 2009

ACCESS Business Lawyers directors David Swan, Graham Lancaster and Tom Ellicott were convinced about the firm's standing in Sydney recently, when a founding director of the firm accepted a consultant's position with Slater & Gordon.

The three directors saw Rod Cunich's move as significant for many reasons.

Slater & Gordon is a public company national law firm with 27 offices around Australia and the move means Mr Cunich can follow his passion at state and national levels.

Although the role entails him undertaking some legal work in his areas of specialisation, his main role will be practice development: coaching, mentoring, marketing and business development.

Mr Cunich said he was proud to have been involved in Access breaking new ground in and outside the Illawarra during the last six years.
