Thomas Feerick PositionPrincipal Solicitor ProfileThomas is admitted to practice as a Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, and as a Solicitor and Barrister in the High Court of Australia and all Federal Courts. Thomas practices mainly in Deceased Estate Law, property law, equity (eg, principles of good conscience), family law and bankruptcy. He also acts in serious crime and complex commercial matters, where he appears frequently in the Federal, Supreme, District and Local Courts. Thomas maintains that our remarkable results are due to the hard work and dedication of our personnel: the sum of our individuals, working as a team in the best interests of our clients. Thomas began his career in 1987 as a trainee with a firm of Chartered Accountants in Sydney. He graduated from UWS Macarthur School of Law with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), Major in Business Law, First Class Honours and the University Medal. Thomas then received an Australian Postgraduate Award in 2000 and undertook three years of postgraduate research. During this time, Thomas delivered lectures in a range of subjects including Company Law, Equity & Trusts and Advanced Torts & Civil Wrongs. Thomas relishes intellectual challenge and every opportunity to "fight for the underdog". He often represents vulnerable people such as elderly victims of frauds and young people. As an aside, Thomas has an interest in International Law, being elected in Paris to membership of the International Institute of Space Law in 2007. Thomas is interested in history, an avid reader, a gardener of sorts and a skilled operator and repairer of radio-controlled helicopters. |

Testimonials
Please note that the following testimonials are collected, supplied and maintained by Frontier Law Group.
Thanks to Frontier Law for sorting out a problem I had with someone putting misinformatioon about me on a website. I was horrified when my name was being brought into disrepute by a former employer who had turned against me after I left her employ. Frontier came to the rescue and within a few hours the offending material was removed from the website. I am so incredibly grateful for the speed and efficiency of the Frontier team. Thanks
