In her younger and fitter life, Margot represented Australia in rowing at the Olympic Games and Commonwealth Games, winning medals at both events. Margot has also had significant roles on various not-for-profit boards and committees in sport, education, national parks and women's affairs.

Upon arrival at the building (which unfortunately bears no street numbers) from the portico go up the stairs, through the double glass doors, across the tiled foyer and to the lift or the stairs. Take either to the first floor and walk along the Baltic timbered, high arched hallway to suite 105 - the fourth door on your left.Getting to Fosters Lawyers @ The George
Fosters Lawyers is located in the historic and iconic St Kilda building, "The George", on the corner of Fitzroy and Grey Sts.
The No. 96 Tram travels from Bourke St, down Flinders St and then via Albert Park to the old St Kilda train terminus - right opposite, The George.
The No. 16 Tram travels along St Kilda Rd and into Fitzroy St.
Car Parking is available in Fitzroy St and Grey St (1 hr) and in carparks at the Metropol (access from either Canterbury Rd or Fitzroy St).
Beware parking in Grey St finishes at 4.30pm and after that hour you are likely to be towed!
Office hours are 9am to 5.30pm during the week with after hours appointments easily scheduled for mutual convenience.

Document witnessing and certifying
If you have documents that require witnessing and/or certifying please call to make a time. These documents may include statutory declarations, legal documents for interstate property transactions. Depending on the document type and the number of documents the fee is between $20 and $50. Witnessing bank guarantee documents attracts a higher fee which can be discussed during a phone call.
Free! review of contracts of sale
Oneof the services offered by Fosters Lawyers is the no-charge review of contracts of sale and section 32 statements if you are thinking of buying a property. Submit the contract by email, or have your estate agent do so, and it will be reviewed and a response provided. Be sure to include your full name and phone number when sending the documentation. Should you proceed to a purchase fees and charges will commence from that time.
