I was given Mr David Singh’s contact details through a mutual friend in July 2007, when I was buying my first apartment. I found David very friendly, approachable, and easy to talk to. Before exchange of contracts, he spent a lot of time with me, explaining in great detail and simplicity what the contract meant. He always was easily available through phone contact if I had a query about the contract. Our settlement period was negotiated for over 12 weeks on the vendor’s request. There were a few problems from the vendor’s side and solicitors, including an attempt to delay settlement further, and limit an inspection to the property on the day of settlement. David ironed out these problems for me by spending a great deal of time with the vendor’s solicitors, negotiating and compromising on inspection dates and settlement periods. It was my first property, and David was fabulous explaining terms and the possible outcomes of various actions. He was always available and made time for me over the phone when I needed it. The settlement in early November 2007 was seamless, due to David’s skill and expertise during the 12 week period, which often seemed drawn out. I have since moved in to my new apartment. I have been very grateful and appreciative of David’s services. I will certainly be using his services when I decide to buy a second home.
