Good afternoon Annie, After a long and somewhat exhausting process, my unit in Southport have settled this afternoon. I would like to thank you for all the assistance, and would like you to know that the A class treatment that I got from you was just great, and made the whole process smoother and painless. I would love to work with her again, she demonstrated very high organisational skills, professionalism and great human skills (that are so underestimated in this business), she kept on top of things and inserted confidence in me that all of the conveyance is being looked after 100%. If all goes well (fingers crossed) I would love to work with you guys again in three month time on my next property. Thank you for everything,

We have just settled our house after a very long and stressful sales period. The least stressful part of the process was dealing with your company. Cassy did an awesome job and made the conveyancing process easy. She kept us well informed and always responded to any queries in a prompt and friendly fashion. So thanks Cassy!!! We would happily recommend your service to anyone.

The guys at bytherules provided us with exceptional service. When dealing with a law firm we expected a lot of industry terminology that was quite literally beyond our understanding, this wasn't the case. They took care of everything from the moment we contacted them and more importantly spoke to us in a language we can understand. Thanks again guys, and I look forward to our future dealings.

great service, helped a difficult hose purchase over the line. Rang them on a Sunday, expected a answer machine, spoke to someone who helped me there and then.

“I want to say a special thank you to you for all of your help over the past few weeks! The way you’ve worked through our settlement during the terrible flood disaster, got past the “speed-humps”, communicated progress or hitches and kept a very positive approach… has made our settlement seem easy and painless and I sincerely want to thank you. I only hope that your employers realise the level of honest, caring service you provide! You are a credit to your company. I will be coming back to you and I will be recommending you to friends and acquaintances when the occasions arise.”

“We would like to express how grateful we are for the service received from Deanna around a difficult settlement on an investment property we purchased recently. Deanna was proactive in all aspects of conveyancing, including Body Corporate checks which are new to us. She ensured that we understood all aspects of the search and wasted no time during the cooling off period. We were always aware of our position and knew what the next step in the process was. Any of our enquiries were answered quickly and we felt that she was in control at all times. There was very clear communication and we felt that we received exceptional customer service. We will not hesitate to recommend her, and your firm, to our family and friends in Queensland.”
